Title says it all, you get a decent 700w 80+ broze PSU at $49.99 after rebate.

AND you get H&R deluxe + state FREE. THis thing is going for $34.99 at walmart.

So you 'almost' get a free 700w PSU.

Some quick facts of the PSU:

non-modular
single rail 12V@54A
4 PCIe 6+2 pin (good for 2 high end cards)

Honestly, at this price, as long as the PSU does not smoke or fire, I am a happy customer Smilie

Yes. But if you're using high end products, I suggest you spend on a more robust power supply with a higher efficiency rating. Check linus tech tips power supply chart or any other to compare it's durability, efficiency, and price to performance

500W one is $30 AR which would be nice for a basic home office build.

The Cyberbron line is listed as tier D ("Recommended only for very cheap, iGPU systems") in that tomshardware post [tomshardware.com].

Even a Chinese OEM that builds garbage for Walmart wouldn't use one of these. This place has become a dumping ground for all of Amazon and Newegg's defective, substandard and obsolete junk because they know people here have the collective intelligence of a small bag of rocks. Someone willing to fry a $250 motherboard, a $300 CPU and a $600 GPU to save $20 should just buy directly from a reputable OEM or better yet, just go back to eating paste like they did when they rode in the back of the short-bus.
Wow...who hurt you??

Still can't find definitive information on this thing but someone down in the Jonnyguru forum thinks this is made by Channel Well Technology.

How do you know the AC/DC converter topology? And that it's not a llc converter? Thx

Brand that I've never heard of......bronze rated......no reviews.

The 5 year warranty sounds good, but literally everything else about this PSU sounds bad. Don't put this thing in an expensive PC.

For reference, I got a 650W 80+ silver PSU from corsair for $60. I would pay a little more for a name brand unless you NEED H&R.

I wouldnt buy this if it was free, the power supply is the last place you want to sacrifice quality.
