Update: Picked up the monitor this morning, great looking monitor with minimal bezels and a fast easy setup. Straight out of the box its calibrated nicely though I will need to adjust to my preferences. I am mostly using my system for tech and basic graphic design work along with some light audio and video editing. At the moment my laptop is being stubborn and defaulting to the Intel GPU, updating drivers so I can take full advantage of 1050Ti. Very good buy at $260

I know the size difference, but more curious about image quality and how it would pair with a PS5.

Honestly not sure which one I'd take. Smaller size means higher DPI, but with 4k, that is likely not a big factor anyway and the larger size would be preferred. Then there's VA vs IPS. Though, if sitting right in front of it (as you likely are), that shouldn't be much of a drawback.
6 of one I guess

Another point to consider...
FWIW, there are currently 14% and 10% cash back rebates for samsung.com (other listing).
As the previous user pointed out, however, the 28" will offer higher DPI in an IPS panel than the 32" VA. Could just depend on your eyesight and how close you are to the screen too with respect to which you prefer.
