Awesome!! Thanks!! Do I need one? Prob so! Ordered! Wonder how well the tomato knife would do on citrus? Would citrus just feel a tickle?

Ordered another Tomato one, Thanks! I bought these are a set before and they are great! Lasted me a little while. Unfortunately, you can't sharpen these so that's lame.,.. but hands down, best little pairing knife for citrus fruits and tomatos as described!

I smell a missed opportunity here. There are a very large variety of cheese with varying physical properties.

That's what I would use. But serrated blades are probably better for people who never sharpen their knives.

Best knives. Have been using this( bought as a set with diff sizes) for few years and still maintains the sharpness. Recommended.

You should not use the tomato knife on any citrus, nor the citrus knife on tomatoes. It would be bad and could result in total protonic reversal.
