I made some progress but just as quickly encountered yet another hassle.
The site wants me to verify my bank and says "We deposited into and withdrew two small amounts from this bank account. They will appear in your account around 01/13/2021. Enter them below"
First Amount .00
Second Amount .00
The problem is today is the 12th, not the 13th. Why the hell is it making me wait a full day before I can fill out something from a damn pop-up? On top of this, I refreshed the venmo page and chose my bank and transferred the funds, and it says it did, and my balance went from $100 to zero......and now nothing. No confirmation. No emails. No texts. Nothing at my bank.
Venmo farking sucks. What's the damn point of all these delays and hassles and screwed up security making me wait a day despite providing a pop up that demands instant information that won't be provided until the following day. Why is everyone moving from PayPal to Venmo. With paypal at least it was instant and farking worked.
This should be instant. INSTANT. That's the whole point of online bank transfers.
Any further advice / help would be great. Thanks.
