Happened to me when I did in store pick up for my local exchange which said they had 6 in stock. They didn't call or anything just canceled because they supposedly had none in stock. I made a different account under my spouse and was able to use it again.

That does however on their ad they don't display the little kohls cash imagine with the ornament like they did for everything else on their ad. I would just be surprised if it worked.

Not anymore. Switches are so plentiful now and they pop up in stock pretty much daily. After Christmas, there will be a surplus
