In one year I have not had a very useful video.
It's only cloud based so going through videos of the day is painfully slow, probably because Ring uses a very cheap and slow cloud backend.
Recently it stoppee ringing on our phones when button is touched. Not a big deal since we are home all the time but still, it's dumb. All settings on the phone and app are correct. It just doesn't ring.
If anyone knows of a better option please let me know, please.
Update:
It's even slower than a month ago, I can't spend 5 minutes waiting for video to open.
And can't wait 3 minutes from button pushed to my phone ringing.
O and it does NOT integrate with Alexa well or easily. And it does not integrate Samsung Smart things either. Claims to do both.

Both share similar issues. The main reason why I just went all out on ring products is bc of the affordablity of the security system. Just want one app to use for all cameras, alarm, doorbell. Yes I know I didnt answer your issues just reconfirming the frustration.
Also I discovered the ring smart light bulbs with bridge which allows you connect one motion detector to as many ring smart bulbs. Although I havent installed it yet, this was something I was stoked about as I want my entire front yard lights to turn on once a motion detector is triggered.
