My Review of some shoes when I want to REI
1. Hoka Speedgoat Mid 2 GTX - are insanely awesome, light weight and comfortable BUT $200. Seriously in a league of its own. A+
2. Merell Moab Ii - which some dude mentioned. Very nice, comfortable for $120. A little heavy but not bad.
3. Believe it or not Timberland Maddsen Mid WP at $99. REALLY comfortable and light weight. Probably wont last nearly as long as the MOABs. Pretty sure it was lighter than the Moabs
4. Columbia Newton Ridge Plus II - disappointed by how uncomfortable they are and the weird fit on size 12. Garbage shoe
The Timberland's destroyed the Columbia Newton shoe and was on par with the Merells

Same problem here. I wear 11 and these in 11 are extremely small. They are sold out in all sizes but 9 now, good thing there is free refund with paypal now. Other than that I liked the pair and I wish I could keep them.
