SOG makes some great quality products, I still have a foldable camping shovel going on 10 years, their stuff lasts.

These are indeed good stocking stuffers, I get these and throw them into kits. You never know when you'll need one of those gizmos.

It says it's only covered by Woot's 90 day warranty. Does that mean the SOG lifetime warranty doesn't apply because they are not an authorized retailer? And how good does SOG back their warranty? As good as Leatherman?

Naaa, at that price I'd be looking at leatherman to avoid the weird tool cover things on the handles. The others are good deals though!

You missed my point. Let me try again... If you don't need one you shouldn't be buying one. So if you need to focus on one, focus the one you can't buy. Heh? Big Grin

Hahahah fair enough. I bought that one I didn't need and justified it as, "I need something for when I won't be let in a place with a pocket knife but it's ok if i have a tool that has pointy screwdrivers on it because people feel safer."

These are all terrible products, the belt buckles are useless and the batons are riddled with design flaws, you are not missing anything
