Where do I find out if this qualifies for the Costco's extra 2 year warranty? When I check "Warranty and Services", it only shows Free Technical Support.

Thanks in advance.
In case anyone is interested, I just contacted Costco and they told me that this doesn't qualify for the extended 2-year warranty, but it does qualify for their 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy where you can return it at any time if you're unsatisfied.

Are the 2 rear speakers wireless?
They connect to the subwoofer with wires

Which essentially is the same thing in most situations I guess. If it breaks any time you can return it.

Dumb question... But I have costco membership and they have this model for 150 and the one without the 2 back speakers for 120 in few days. Are the 2 speakers worth the extra money ? They will be hard to position in my apartment
I thought going to that 2.1 but this is 3.1 excluding rear speakers. There is a center speaker in bar dedicated for voice and I think that helps. So I kept this. I'm not interested in rear speakers too.

I feel the bass is ok for what it is. My issue was the lack of center channel. Dialogue is not very clear at times even in dialogue eq mode. In turn, when putting in dialogue mode, you lose a lot of the other eq settings. I wish there was a manual adjust for the eq for the M21.

Does this unit have a, "center" channel to it?
Yes it does

Does this setup have ARC abilities? That lets you control the volume of the sound bar with the tv controller, right? Does this have that setup or must you use the separate controller? I would imagine the need to reach for a second controller would be annoying.
This is Arc and TV remote controls volume but some how I noticed volume increments by 2 instead of 1.

I have this and it is very good.

My two issues are the wireless sub can be picky about where you place it. For me if I put it behind my couch it struggles fro consistent signal from the bar. If you can keep it unobstructed or less than 3ft from the main receiver you shouldn't have issues.

The second downfall is Vizio remotes all suck so if you don't have ARC on your tv it might be a little annoying to use all the time. I don't ever use the remote since my tv can control the volume.

Otherwise this thing is a great value at this price and I have really enjoyed mine. I think I ended up paying $200 for mine and I have no regrets.
I have sub beside TV and it works fine. May be keeping it away causes issues.

GET. THIS. Won't be disappointed. I spent $150 on this same Vizio surround sound 2-3 years ago or so. Obviously my model is older but still works gloriously to this day. I am getting this for my sister n brother in law for Xmas. Just enough bass too. I would recommend this to everyone. Yes the tweeter speakers are connected via cord to the sub but it's not that big of a deal. And they are long cords too. Other than that sub connects wirelessly to the sound bar. It is loud enough imo too. Bass could be too much for neighbors turned up all the way to be honest if you lived in an apartment. Depends on the walls haha. This set up got me obsessed with surround sound and have since bought a full surround sound system. The same Jamo speaker deals that have been here on SD.

What happens if you don't connect the two tweeters? Would it work well in a 2.1 configuration in that case?

I got the M21D-H8R deal the other week. Don't really have room for a full 5.1 setup right now so I liked just doing 2.1. It sounds pretty good.
Will this work if I only use the main sound bar and if so, is the quality with the special voice speaker going to make a big difference?
Debating if I should upgrade now and save the other pieces for when I can use them, or stick with the 2.1 and upgrade later.

Yes and no.

They are wired to the subwoofer that is wireless from the main soundbar. You don't have to use them either and they can be configured to work as extra front stage from the reading I was doing.

I think they are full range speakers, I gave this to my brother as a gift so I've only heard them once. You can run it without them though, or it can be configured to run them both as secondary fronts.
