Walmart.com has Edsal Muscle Rack 5-Shelf 72" x 48" x 24" Steel Shelving Unit (Silver-Vein, UR482472PB5P-SV) for $63.19. Shipping is free. Thanks Pitak
I have a couple sets from years ago still in use that didn't have the "coupling" where the vertical sections join. I.E. you were forced to join the vertical sections by putting a shelf at that height, with 1 peg on the lower section and 1 on the upper. Is that ok? When did they start doing the "coupling" piece?
Not a fan of this style of rack. I bought a similar one from costco but found a bunch of issues.
1.) boards were super warped
2.) Unloaded, you could twist the rack a good amount
3.) Total pain in the ass to assemble/disassemble
I would recommend the racks where the corner posts screw together and the shelves slide on the posts.

I have some of those and have never had issues with them. Of course they have to be assembled right for it to work.
I think the coupling is not so much for strength as for ease of assembly. Much easier with the coupling.
Also easier to get assembled properly. More fool proof.
Does that work? Never heard of varnishing particle board.
Not a big deal, you just varnish it. My basement stairs are particle board, if any water gets on them, I would have a real mess. So I varnished them. Paint is essentially colored varnish, so if you have some of that left over, that will work also. However, it has to be solvent based paint rather than water based; water based is too permeable.to have much effect on warping.
Those are better shelves, but the only thing I don't like about them is you can't put smaller items on the shelf or they'll fall through. But for boxes, etc, much better.
Bought the 72H x 49W x 19D version of these in July 2019 from Home Depot. 3 cost 174.24. Really like them and by the time I finished putting them together wish I had bought a few more.
This is the closet price to those and with slightly better dimensions so thanks. Hopefully able to fix the space issues in my garage now.
They changed these where the shelves meet in the middle. They are junk. I have older ones that worked well but then they changed how the top half and bottom half connects and it's shit. Everything I put on it also seems to collapse the shelves. My old ones have no problem with the same items
I bought the same one earlier which is on sale and was wondering why muscle rack was so cheap. I got the Muscle Rack delivered today and can clearly see the difference. Still a good deal for $63, but the Husky one is definitely a much better product.
Mine arrived yesterday, just adding my thoughts for anyone thinking of buying.
TLDR
~30% less than the competition, if you don't store HEAVY crap, or don't like mesh shelves this is a good buy IMO, even considering the quality.
Assembly
Easy - The biggest struggle is probably getting stuff out the box without clanging or hitting your foot
Quality
Flimsy but meets expectations. The metal frame is thinner than I'm used to for industrial shelving but if you're just storing boxes of household goods, it should stand just fine.
Shipping - a few shelf beams and braces arrived bent so the board doesn't lay on them. Called Edsal, they are shipping me replacement parts so no real issue imo.
Particleboards are slightly warped, but I just installed them concave down and assume the stuff I store on it will warp it back to a straight line.
Value IMO
That Husky shelf looks much stronger, based on the web photo. As someone else pointed out, I like having the board/vs wire mesh so this is a style preference.
If they are both at $89.99 I'd probably buy Husky. At ~30% less, the Edsal meets my needs happily.

No crappy particle board and includes couplers...which ARE better IMO. No regrets!
