What you will get with the MX4:
Audio slightly better (unnoticeable in my opinion)
Speak to chat feature - noise canceling will turn off and music will lower for you to be able to talk to someone without taking off headphones
Other options like taking headphones off will automatically pause music or holding your hand over right earcup will pause music and turn off noise canceling to speak to others.
Multiple device support - easily switch devices to listen to.
So unless you want those features (that I never use) or want to constantly switch between your phone/tablet/computer I would keep the MX3. If you don't have the MX3 and want to purchase an awesome quality and excellent noise canceling headphones then these are an excellent choose and maybe worth getting when it's on sale like it is here.
