I got it a year ago for $170. The only issue is the touch screen, not responsive due to misalignment of icons.

I bought around midnight last night and it just let me add to cart right now. Not sure if it's regional availability but I'm in MN if that makes a difference.

I would go for Brother MFC 3770 even if its a bit more expensive. I have been through all kind of printer and the conclusion is buy only Brother printer. I got 3770 just a few weeks back from Staples. It rarely goes on sale (and often out of stock for a reason!). If you buy 3770, disable auto-update immediately after opening it (before connecting to internet). New firmware makes it hard to manually reset toner. Old firmware let you reset toner manually- I consider it a must-have feature for long-term ownership of a printer.

In for new 743 from page 2 of comments. I know it's been cheaper in past but worth the extra $40 from last sale to me. Really needed a printer. Got last one at my bestbuy today.
