I got an open box 65" A8H for $1600 from bestbuy. Incredible picture! urlhasbeenblocked has A8H for $1738 including tax and shipping.
Can you be more specific on the urlhasbeenblocked deal for $1738? Did you bid to get that price? Is it worth it vs. buying from Best Buy? Is urlhasbeenblocked reputable?

It must be a vizio oled problem. I have a B6p and a b9p and neither have had any retention problems. Now my two old Samsung plasmas, those have some retention problems lol
Definitely a vizio problem specifically, since LG and Sony don't seem to have the same issue according to reviews

I had bought this set a few weeks ago to use with my PS5. Note: the HDMI 2.1 ports simply do not work. Apparently Vizio is aware of it but no commitment on a fix, so I returned it and bought the LG CX. Very happy with the decision despite the extra $$.
Just bought, it works, update your firmware

Can you confirm if the TV is problem free after the lastest firmware update?

I don't see anyone saying this on reddit. In the sale post for this in Vizio sub reddit, all accounts say its still broken.

Just saying, you may want to wait for official confirmation although I am hopeful.

Will this load movies off of my Synology NAS? I have not bought a new tv in 8 years and wanted to be sure. Thank you.
From what I can tell, not natively. Only way I can find to do it is by mapping the nas to your computer as a folder and then adding that folder to plex on your computer. Then stream from the plex app on the vizio. I'm not a fan of the plex app on the vizio

Anyone using it with an nvidia Shield TV? I want to know if there are judder/jidder issues or anything going like that?
I've had this TV for two weeks now hooked up to my shield. It's been great! Love it. No visual artifacts like I would see sometimes with my old cheapo TLC. Only thing is, yesterday my Shield displayed a solid green image and hung. It happened again today for a few seconds but the picture came back. I'm not sure what's going on.

That doesn't sound good at all. Do you have the latest firmware version updated?
