Ya, so it doesn't look like you can test, but I don't know about ps5 since I don't console game.

It sounds like people are doing work arounds to trick the console into showing 4k 120hz, but everyone then reports other issues that to me suggest they haven't fixed anything and actually made things worse.

Someone like digital foundry would have tested this. Even if I got this to show, I wouldn't post it as working since I don't have the eye for knowing that. Maybe my phone can capture but I doubt. My brother, if he was around then I'd be more confident since he's insanely sensitive, but he's played at pro level, to be expected.
If it's not working by Jan 16th, it's goin back

I bit on it... not going to have a PS5 or XBox so don't care about all that. What can I say it replaced my circa 2008 top of the line 50" Panny plasma and I'm blown away watching TV and movies on it. Using with an AppleTV 4K / Mac Mini... light gaming on my Nintendo Switch... it's just a simply stunning picture no matter the content. Amazing on all black cutscenes when my living room actually goes pitch black. Not regretting it one bit. If your primary use is watching TV / movies this is $900 well spent. The wife to be was a bit skeptical but is fully bought in after two days of gazing in awe at its beautiful output. SmartCast is...unreliable... (even on Ethernet!) but being that an AppleTV 4K and Mac Mini are my primary inputs it literally doesn't matter they can keep all the built in crap as it offers nothing my existing devices can't output - it's a stunning display.

Just got the tv, well relative did, can confirm 4k 120hz works
Is it working properly? It worked before the update, it wasn't true 120hz.

I was wrong. Either way, the update will eventually come and the picture quality for the price is worth the wait. Well, its inconsistent more than not completely working.

Yeah, this is insane pricing. I wasn't sure I would ever see a sub 1K 65" Oled. But that is the beauty of Vizio. I am not getting one bc I don't need one at the moment, but if you do I hope you love it and that they figure out all the bugs. I can't imagine Vizio is putting these on market to just not even care what people think. This is them exploding into the market and basically buying market share. They are investing too much this to be a piece of carp imo. Good luck dude.
Wait the 65 inch is sub 1k? I thought that was the 55".

No you are right, its 55'. $900 for an OLED is amazing though. Not as amazing as 65' but still awesome.

Still available for 65 inch.

Still doesn't work for gaming features though.

Go with the Sony or LG..will likely last much longer and keep their colors. Also this price isn't that great. It would be harder to decide if it was $1100 or $1200.

Expired by the looks of the price. At least I'm not tempted to live with a "janky" TV.

Guess I'll be saving some money this year. Let's see what ces 2021 has in store.
