Seems like a good deal. Hits all the marks. Probably one of those as good as it gets for this level system at this price.

Dang! That could be a deal killer for me. How "famous" is this actually? A quick search seems to show that it's HP Envy laptops mostly. Also, maybe that people have resolved it by disabling HP updates.
Anyone know more? TIA
Your wish. A lot of people returned laptop becoz of that issue. Now i am scared about hp+ryzen combination

How about this compared to the Asus ROG G15 from Microsoft? Looks like very similar specs. Asus $50 more

Ok, I bought it - open box excellent, certified by geeksquad. I had bought the ASUS ROG G14, but I felt like saving some moolah. I mean, the specs on this one are almost as good anyway. Guess I'll be returning the G14...

And also, I prefer the bigger screen.

Is this better build quality than the legion 5? I missed the $850 tag price for the legion 5 from Amazon last week, it sold out 😑

This one has:

1. Better refresh rate
2. 2x memory
3. 2x storage
4. Much better processor for gaming.

It's not on the same level.
Thank bro, I'm not a gamer. I just use some apps like office, autocad. Should I buy this laptop ?

There are better deals for your needs. This one in particular does not the best battery life. Even the one for $449 at bestbuy will probably perform the same.

If I purchase the open box option, does the 1 year manufacturer warranty start from when I buy it, or when it was first officially purchased? TIA
