*edit, yeah weird definitely on the latest firmware and I am using the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox. I need to do some more research on this.
Which input are you plugged into?
Before you change the settings on your Xbox, you want to make sure your Xbox is plugged into Input 3 or 4 on the TV, and then go into the input settings on the TV and change the HDMI settings to Enhanced Format, and pick 4k120p or Dolby Vision (see attached).

Good to go now, thanks and repped I wasn't looking at the settings from the Home interface.
I wasn't in the market for a TV when this deal was active. I assume it's too late now. Anyone know if there are any similar deals or if this deal is a recurring one?

Returning this TV to Costco sometimes this week. I really wanted to like this TV but the latest problem of losing sound (all inputs) randomly and then having to either restart the TV or pulling out of the outlet is it for me. I have waited for the firmware updates to see if that fixes the issues but it's actually gotten worse. I have tried different cables, different inputs, tested the variables with another TV (also running Android (Hisense) and no issues there.

Are you returning it for a new unit, or exchanging it for a completely different model? If another model, which one? I'm waiting for either the 65" X90CH or the Q8DT to go back on sale at Costco.

Probably try to get a full refund since I am a few days past 90 days, and wait for the new crop of TVs to come out this year. This TV setup in my game room so not in a rush.

I was able to go in and get a full refund this weekend after a return even though it was past 90 days. The manager was super nice and waive the 90 return limit for me since I was a few weeks over.

Look at posts above. You need to upgrade the firmware to at least v6.0394 to get the enhanced inputs and 4k120p
If it isn't pulling the latest using auto update, you can do a manual firmware upgrade here
