Staples.com has 23.8" AOC 24B1XHS 1080p LED Monitor on sale for $89.99. Shipping is free, otherwise free store pickup is available where stock permits. Thanks StefanL2304
Bought the IPS version[staples.com] of this 11/25 last year when it was on sale for $68. It's currently on sale for $99.
This is a VA panel which generally means better contrast than IPS at the cost of reduced viewing angle. If you want a breakdown of the positives and negatives of each panel type read this in-depth Reddit post[reddit.com].
My 1-year review on the IPS version(identical in most ways): It's great as a second monitor and blows my older, cheap ACER panel away in color and contrast. However... if you play fast-paced games I would not choose one as a primary display. The response time was noticeably slower than my ACER(4ms vs 6-10ms) and produced moderate ghosting. 8/10 as 2nd monitor for YT/streaming though, just wish the stand was adjustable.
Edit: Had mislabeled the ACER and added response times.
