Target has Graco Nautilus 65 3-in-1 Harness Booster Car Seat with Safety Surround for $89.99. This is the lowest I have seen. Target had the same offer few weeks back for the normal Nautilus minus safety surround. I have not see a better offer for the safety surround car seat
