I bought the omega for my teenage son for Christmas. He's been sitting on a shitty $80 ikea chair for 2 years so this is a big upgrade. He just wants something that can recline and doesn't squeak terribly. This brand is on a lot of "top gaming chair" lists so I'm hoping that it's good. It definitely looks less ridiculous than most in that category.
Glad I waited since my son needs a new chair with all the "Virtual" home schooling.
From friends I know who bought these they are all satisfied with them.
It's a much cheaper option then going with something like an Aeron from HM. Yet it's better quality then your local Office Depot and Walmart $99 specials.

I was skeptical at first but absolutely loved my Titan series. Definitely pricey and the seat bottom could be a little more plush. But I love it
At the beginning of the year, the Titan SoftWeave was $429. Due to all the people ordering chairs to work from home, the price got bumped up to $489. This deal brings it to $419, which is... something I guess.
$40 more than last year for the cheapest chair $309 -> $349. But now they have Team Liquid, so I'm in for $380. No shipping or tax (it seems) makes it hurt a little less.
Got my Omega September 2 and have not regretted my purchase one bit. I've gone through gaming chairs at sub $100 and sub $200, and within a few months you can tell where they will start to fail. Almost 3 months in the Omega and it's still as comfortable as the first day, I really regret not buying a chair of this caliber from the beginning. I'm a heavy gamer and my weekly play time is around 50 hours, would like this to be higher but got to keep a roof over my head.
Ordered another Omega today for the gf cause she liked the chair too after trying it for a day.
I had been looking into buying an Omega since the summer, but I was waiting for sales. I had heard that maybe they would have a 4th of July sale, but that never happened. Price for the Cookies and Cream softweave was $379 until a couple weeks ago that I last saw. But now I was looking at getting the black softweave and that one was $439 (and I think $419 for a while when it came out) up until this sale now claiming it's $460 retail. I wonder if they'll raise the price for the other softweaves after this sale or if they'll go back to $379.
Essentially, it's only $10 off for the Omega sofweave versions other than the new black version which was $60 more expensive.
I have had my SecretLab Dark Knight Titan for about 2.5 months and I pretty much love it. I had done a lot of research before buying so I knew the seat base was firm (and it is **FIRM**) so I was prepared. I've tried the Aeron chair and the Steelcase Leap V1 and I prefer the SecretLab TBH. NO, it's not *better* than those chairs but I prefer the high back style so this is more comfortable FOR ME.
All in all this is a VERY comfortable chair but not a plush chair. The seat base is firm and provides support.
The headrest pillow that comes with the Titan series is some kind of magic though... I'm leaning my head against it now and it's *SOOOO* comfy!!!
And yes, due to supply & demand SL has raised their prices a bit recently but you can't blame them.
