Q: Does the port credit stack with the trade-in credit?

Nop..Google voice porting is not eligible for $500 off pormo.
11-23-2020 at 11:23 PM
Yes, google voice number porting works for me on the Pixel 4a 5G deal. Google Fi saving progress page shows I have successfully port in a number and I just need to stay in service for another 88 days to qualify the $200 off for Pixel 4a.

Yes, since it's showing up for Gogodeep on the Promotion Progress page, it'll work.

Can confirm it worked for me for this promo

Yes, confirmed with Google CC over chat.

Yes they are the unlocked versions. Your trade in credit will be applied to the method of payment used if you paid for the phone in full upfront or your Fi account if you financed the phone.

$500 is the discount you get right away. It's the device trade-in credit that you'd get as a return on your credit card (or Fi credits, if you used financing to pay for the phone).

You can insert another carrier's SIM after activation, but your Google Fi service should be active for at least 90 days, as in, you simply need to pay for at least 90 days of service. It doesn't matter if you don't use the Fi service after activating the phone, i.e. don't make calls or don't use data after activating the phone.

While I've used similar deals 4 times, one intuitive reason why doing so would work is that if one is in or moves to an area with poor T-Mobile, Sprint & US Cellular connectivity, it would be unfair to customers if Google Fi would require them to keep the SIM inserted for 90 days, as in the case of a remote area with no connectivity, Google Fi won't be able to tell if a customer indeed did that, which is why it doesn't impose that restriction, although it could've deployed a solution to do that.

Yes as long as it is not blacklisted. You are also given the option to choose your carrier for the device you are trading in.

fark. I should have done this deal instead of the Pixel lol.
Nothing stopping you from buying this one also. Plenty of cheap trade in phones on swappa.
Now, can we do it from the same account as a add a line, or need to do it from different google account?

what happens if your trade in phone is worth more than the phone you are buying from google fi?

I see the moto g power is free after all the credits. I have a iphone xr to trade in and it says it's worth $485.

So I was checking their site for trade in values and a cracked S8 is worth $320 trade in value. Non-cracked is $350. Is that accurate?

No extra trade in credit for Pixel devices, google is so backwards sometimes. I don't think I've seen google give extra credit on their own devices.

Pulled the trigger. This is going to be my first flagship phone in ages.

$533.11 (phone + tax) + $4.81 (port in number) + Traded in a iPhone 6s. If everything goes smoothly, it will be $271.92 out of pocket + cost for 90 days of service.

Where did you get port number from? How much will 90 days of service cost if you just activate and not use their service?

Likely not; when you sign up for fi, the google voice number associated with the google account would typically become the fi number.

High value trade in still works.
I am trading in my S10e for $500, which I bought for $350 a while ago. What a deal.
