I have had both the pb-2000 and the pc-2000 in my home to try out yearss go. I can recommend the pb-2000 at this price point without any apprehensions. It's a solid sub at this price point, goes low and has a quality amp with great warranty and Customer service. The pc-2000 I would not recommend unless you have a space constraint situation. It's just not as good as the pb-2000 in overall impact due to it's smaller overall volume. Running a high quality spl meter on both of them with the same output levels being used, same source material, the pb-2000 was always 2-3 db higher and it always hit lower. Just for reference, I am currently using a Pc-13 ultra 1000 watt RMS & it is outstanding by every measure (of course, it is in a much diff league then the pb-2000/Pc-2000)!
Trust me , please stay away from the 10" models, they are so/so and for slightly more you can get the pb-2000 which is so much better and hits so much lower. there is only so much a 10" driver can do....
After following SVS brand for like 6-8 years. Coming from Polk PSW10 duals then BIC F12 duals (sold recently) to now Dual PB-2000. I'm so looking forward to this and have really high expectations as I tripled my previous subwoofer budget for a long long-term investment.
Looking for primarily music, should I go with sealed or at this price point pick up the PB2000?
It depends on your room. If it's small, the sealed may be sufficient. Many say sealed is better all around for music but that's a personal preference. I prefer ported subs.

Just don't mistake the lack of boomy bass from the f12s going to the PB-2000 as a downgrade. They will be flat across the frequency response so they can be turned up higher and hit harder. Make sure to put them on opposite sides of the room from each other. Look up the "subwoofer crawl" if you haven't already for optimal room placement
For me, I just hate the empty side on side of the table. the Asymmetry really annoys me by having 1 sub on one side and there being empty space on the other side of the table.
If you are willing to buy a 2nd one just for aesthetics then definitely buy it. It will sound better than just one.

350w vs 500w
24hz vs 19hz
The speedwoofer also shows sold out on the RSL website. The svs is better across the board though.
