Mineral glass (Not Sapphire) , Stainless Steel (Not Titanium), and not radio control time sync. Pass.

I find it difficult to believe that they would consider Time, Date, Chrono to be "packed with features". Would probably have to be sub $150 for me to think about it because it is a decent looking watch and I love Citizen Watches with their Eco-Drive ability.
