Most are on gamepass. However, i would add gamepass isn't guaranteed. I was in the middle of Fo4 when it swapped for Fo76, and had just started GTAV when it swapped for RDR2. So if there is a game you know you want access to, you're still better off buying it when you can get it cheap. Especially with so many people switching over to All Digital with Series S.

Only the Microsoft Studios ones are guaranteed to stay

I was just falling into Fo4 when they took it away. I ended up getting a cheap GOTY version on disc. A lot of people planning to go all digital aren't realizing how rare it is for physical copies to go on sale. They will never go as cheap as a clearance physical copy.

Well agree with some of that. To be honest I have moved completely away from physical as I game on PC mostly and find that cheap steam sales or cdkey is cheaper that physical sometimes. Also I hate discs. Haha

Just FYI in addition to the discount you can split your purchase into 4 interest free payments over 6 weeks with Quadpay, which basically means only 67% of it would go onto this month's credit card bill.

With the acquisition of Bethesda, FO4 will probably be back permanently. I don't think Microsoft games go away.
