- You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (Updated).
- How to Find Your Account's SOC Code To See if You Qualify:
- Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), follow the steps in this Reddit post to find your account's SOC code.
- If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:

Starting 11/25 existing T-Mobile customers on an eligible plan with at least 2 paid lines can add a line for free.
Do note that when adding a new line yourself online, the website will show that you will have a regular line cost per month. However the free line promo will apply automatically after you have added the line as long as you are on a qualified plan.

Yesterday: Got Denied again for same reason, called 877# and CSR Resubmit again and assures me this time will get approved in 2 weeks.
-I called again Yesterday, and the 3rd Submission went from Approved, Received, and Sent in 1 Day. I logged in and Transferred the Money to my Bank today.
(Don't forget to go back and delete your Bank info, or you will get error next time)

Exactly same thing happened to me . Twice Denied. Last denial reason was that submitted after the promo date. CSR resubmit again. Let's see what excuse they will give now. This is so ridiculous on tmo part.
We should use this excuse when Collection calls, and tell them the money is on the way and a month later, tell them the same thing.
Luckily, 2 days after the 3rd submission I got the rebate.
You will get a Text from Tmobile on your primary phone. Text will have a link. Click that link and it will ask you for your primary phone number. Then you will see the card. From the menu you can add the funds to your bank account if you want or request a plastic card.
