One guy has quoted $300 to run the wires through attic. I went into the attic and it is impossible for me to do it myself. My media room is almost inaccessible through attic.
Gotcha. So you can't run wires along the base boards? Around doorways?

Nashua, NH has it for $149
Just called my store and they have 89 on hand at 189... Let's see if they drop to 149 at some point.

Frequency response is only half the equation. Maximum output at those frequencies before audible distortion is just as, if not more important. What good is a sub that is flat from 20hz to say 200hz if it's maximum output is limited to 80db?

With all that said, this isn't a terrible deal, but I'd get a dayton sub-1200 or sub-1500 and then use one of their wireless kits if I had no choice but to go wireless.
Thanks for this advice on the Dayton subs. I wasn't aware of them until your post, but after some brief research it appears the Dayton Sub-1200 is the one for me!

Thanks Maxed. Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of a wireless sub? Regardless, do you know if adding a second sub would make the system wireless sub give up/stop working?
You would plug the wireless transmitter in that port

Anyone notice a delay? With music you can adjust. I'm thinking TV and games. Thanks.
