Shipped and sold by "Gadgetwoo" not Walmart. Might be important for some to know.

Will probably go with the Harbor Freight predator for the full 2000/1600 watt rating. This one seems to be much less:

"This unit should say 12A 1400W MAX!! Bought this directly from rockpals to use camping. It seems to be over rated. My truck camper AC surges power up to 1800W but drops to sub 1000W running and this could not run it. I even turned the fan on first and then the compressor and that didn't help it just gave up every time. I plugged my AC into a 15A GFCI outlet in my house with a Watt meter and it turns on just fine never going over 1800W. Rockpals asked me to test other loads. I tried most tools in my garage and they trip the breaker on this generator. My 12A rated circular saw is the toughest thing this will run and it really bogs down cutting a soft 2x4. I'm writing this review to warn others this is only a 12A max ~1400W unit tops. without Eco Mode running. I would guess Eco mode brings it down to half that. So buy this for 6A 700W loads or run it on loud and gassy mode the whole time. I guess you get what you pay for I just want to return it."

This is why I stopped ordering from Walmart. I've been burned by 3rd party sellers who won't stand by their product.

It say under the description it is 2,000 watt 1,800 watt running,so you are saying the description on walmarts website is wrong

I drive a model S, once charge has started you can not drive. As far as non driving and charging, not sure. I got a blue yeti and it won't charge. Was hoping to charge the car via solar in event of hurricane in Florida

Correct. This has been reported by others as well in older slickdeal threads. Also, I am not saying this is a bad deal, just that if you truly need 1800W, you should consider a different unit.

True, I bought this on a previous WM sale and it provides about 1400W max before going into overload. Still good enough for most of my appliances, but forget running for instance a two-burner hot plate or certain heaters or electric ovens that can draw up to 1800W.
