This is a great phone and have no issues with using it outdoors.. only limitation, if any, is it doesn't have great battery life.. if you're power user then it will require recharging by evening.

This was supposed to be my daughter's big Christmas gift, but I just found out Costco cancelled my order because they ran out of units. I purchased it 3 days ago and the payment hit my credit card, but they just pulled the plug on it. I didn't even get an email notification.

I called and they said they wouldn't do anything about it. Pretty disappointing, Costco.

Yes, this happened to me too with macbook. The website said processing for a few weeks and it wasn't until I called customer service before they cancelled the order and refunded what I paid. Very odd for Costco to do something like that.

Seems like they don't backorder stuff and once it is gone, it is gone. To the point they even pull the product page. Until they get it in stock and it all reappears.

I ordered a 128gb model on the 25th and it has shipped, so I don't know where the cutoff was.

Did you get a shipping notification and tracking number before it was canceled?

One thing of note. My phone was delivered today and haven't opened it yet. But noticed the box said it included EarPods and a power adapter which I don't think is included anymore. Unsure if Costco specific or old stock. I wanted some headphones so I am not mad.
