Greater 5g connectivity for Verizon and their MVNOs
https://www.verizon.com/coverage-map/ has the details, but you're going to need to zoom in to street-level on one of the few dozen cities to see where the almost non-existent coverage actually exists (eg, San Francisco or New York).
Depends if u value a pure software android experience and frequent updates

Its a slipper slope for Android updates. Samsung has improved a lot recently regarding releasing the software upgrades. The A71 comes with a free case as well ($50 credit).
