This is the upgraded model that was featured in this [youtube.com] video. I personally like the duct tape video and the screw bits, although, I am still waiting for few others Smilie

Is this deal dead? The coupon code didn't work for me.

I wanted the TACKLIFE with all its feature, but it's 800A Peak compared to the 2000A Peak of this.
This uses lithium polymer, and TackLife use lithium ion.
The former is supposedly safer and have far lower self-discharge, and the later is supposed to have longer lifetime.
Thanks for pointing this out. But the other two I linked to were both 2200A Peak. And one of them (the cheapest of the bunch) says it comes with a lithium polymer battery. So is that one just as good as the Audew? But for much less?

How often will this need to be recharged if it's just kept in the car?

I haven't used one of these, but I'm curious if it will work and not damage european cars like BMW e90s?

I bought this the last time it was $65 thinking I would never need it. Already used it twice. Works like a charm. Very handy, reliable, and I highly recommend.

I'm fairly certain that all jumpstarters are LiPo. Traditional lithium ion cells can't deliver the massive instantaneous current required to start a car.

I've used mine 3x's. Twice on a small Chevy sedan. And the latest on a completely dead battery (no click or lights whatsoever) on a Ford V10 bucket truck. Each time worked flawlessly and effortlessly.

Apparently they're all Lithium Polymer.
Kinda tempting to go for those too and maybe I'll get the TopVision one since the NexPow one doesn't have the display.
I don't see the 30% off on top of the lowered price ($57.79), but they're still slightly cheaper and have slightly higher Peak. O.o

The TopVision one says (Up to 7.0L Gas or 6.5L Diesel Engine) and the Audew one says (up to All Gas and 8.5L Diesel). How does that work since the TopVision one have higher peak? Does the Audew one sustain the peak longer or something?
