Kinda tempting to go for those too and maybe I'll get the TopVision one since the NexPow one doesn't have the display.
I don't see the 30% off on top of the lowered price ($57.79), but they're still slightly cheaper and have slightly higher Peak. O.o
The TopVision one says (Up to 7.0L Gas or 6.5L Diesel Engine) and the Audew one says (up to All Gas and 8.5L Diesel). How does that work since the TopVision one have higher peak? Does the Audew one sustain the peak longer or something?
The amount seems to vary by account. I got 30% on my account. My wife only got 20% off on hers.
The TopVision one was added to Slickdeals in it's own right:

And it's a fairly new battery, about 2-3 months old from Costco (27F for the cold weather). Yeah, the dash camera has done a number on it - but I don't drive it as much as I used to.

I have used it on both my Tundra and Sequoia (5.7L each) without any issue. I don't drive both vehicles enough to keep batteries topped off, so after a few weeks, I usually have to use the jump pack. On more than one occasion the batteries were completely depleted (i.e. horn started honking when jump pack was attached). Zero issues starting. Very happy with these in the short-term.
