Friends, beware of shipping timelines for this. I ordered this before Thanksgiving when it was showing the product 'In stock'. Didn't get the shipping confirmation yet. When I contacted customer care, I learned the shipment needs to wait till this product comes back to stock ( which they are expecting in 1-2 months ! ) . Those who didn't get a shipping confirmation, I will recommend to check your status with customer care. Very bad experience !!

Returned mine No where near sound quality I expected. At least comparing to other bluetooth 'portable' in similar original price range.

I just got a cancellation for mine. Which stinks, was bad that I was waiting this long, now I'm SOL on a gift that was ordered (and in stock) 1 month before. They kindly sent me a 50% off discount code for their site, but crazy thing is, when I put the code in, the prices go UP.... Apparently the code is for 50% off full MSRP, so it is less than worthless. Oh well, I know they are a good name, but they are definitely a sketchy operation based on their handling of sale orders.
