No. This bag is deceptively small-looking but actually just barely fits within the standard limits for carry-on baggage (rather than the smaller dimensions typical for under seat storage).

Good luck!
Jon

I never understood how much more convenient these are over regular carry bags until I actually got one, gives more protection and you don't have to carry it around everywhere, it's well worth the price.

Would this fit in the overhead compartment for carry-ons? Specs say 23 x 15 x 9.5" (58.4 x 38.1 x 24.1 cm)

I've got a similar bag and it fits on southwest. American tend to be sticklers.

Just do an internet search for your airline carrier and "carry-on dimensions" and you'll have your answer. I always fly Southwest and their max carry-on size is 10H x 16W x 24L so this would be allowed as a carry-on.

With the materials outside, will it get dirty really fast and hard to clean?

incase make some of my favorite bags. very underrated brand.
that said, the dimensions ARE bigger than basically all major airlines require. (you can disregard above poster about SW as they're the most lenient airline when it comes to baggage - not a standard)
in my experience they're not really very strict about them. also, bags even bigger than these fit all aircraft overhead bins no problem except those TINY TINY regional jets. its just airlines being jackholes.

Wrong.
Regional jets have much less leeway relative to weight restrictions. It's safer to put carry on bags in the bin so the actual in cabin total weight has a smaller margin of error. Safety does not translate into being "jackholes".

I was hoping this was a roller geared towards photography since it's Adorama.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a nice roller hard case for camera, lens, drone, etc...? Preferably something not Pelican priced.
Thanks
