My MacBook Pro is almost 6 years old and runs just as new. I've had PC laptops and they all had issues sooner or later. Even though they have better specs, the macs still run better. Highly recommend trying one if never used before.

Im more referring to silicon based chips. Im sure Samsung and Qualcomm are in the works too as shown in the surface pro x. Just using 5nm chips the potential is so huge compared to intel using 14nm 10nm chips. The proof is already here with the m1 chips and thats only scratching the surface or a gen 1 product.

Smaller die size is virtually always a benefit. That's not exactly something that's exclusive to apple. Revert processor manufacturer will continue to shrink their die sizes, just like they've been doing for half a century.

Does any cashback site or credit card rewards program offer cashback on newly launched products? I have only seen exclusions everywhere for new iphones, macs and ipads.
