I'm more surprised Fry's actually has stock. My location (Downers Grove, IL) looks damn near abandoned.

Havent really been looking but have been slickdeals for 2TB SSD in recent times? Thinking a new build and 1TB just ain't cutting it

Thanks OP. Was about to buy it from BestBuy and use $10 of my rewards. This works out better and I can use my BB rewards on something else.
BTW, Fry's gave me a different promo code. Not sure if it matters.

Buy two PCIe NVMe 1TB drives and raid stripe them for blazing, faster speeds and nearly half the price if you were to just buy a single 2TB

Went to my local Fry's like 2 months ago and it was "closed until further notice." Doubt they still are open, because I went a year ago and it was a ghost town in there. Old ass shit or flea market shit on the shelves. Lots of empty space with a lot of missing items. T.V. area only had a few displays. Really sad to see it that way.

Most companies would've done a going out of business sale over a couple months. Fry's has been slowly closing stores over a couple of years, despite having no inventory.
