I just got my 3 v3s today and I love the image quality. I only have one in use right now, front of the house. Night and day difference compared to v2

Just so I understand, your cameras are unplugging the usb cords from themselves? Cant you just secure the cord better so it doesn't fall out?

I am going to have to say it's not easy for this to happen but it's very possible where you have your camera has so very lite vibration that is causing the cable to come out. I have it plugged outside by overhangs and they are fine even with the high winds we get in my area.

I'm a loyal Wyze customer too and also pay for edge AI. I didn't pre-order 5 cameras. Wyze did not come at me going "order the cameras now, or else!". I figured, Black Friday and Cyber Monday are coming and almost every company out there does something to entice customers into buying something, so I'll wait and see what that 'discount' looks like. That paid off for me, as I have never and wasn't ever planning to do Cam Plus anyway. Since then, I've determined that it may be nice to have it for my Front Yard as my Blink XT and Reolink Cameras don't do 24/7 recording and sometimes the most important events are missed for whatever reason if the motion detection doesn't trigger. My payment as a loyal customer is a good product, good service and responsive support. I know that I'm not even "entitled" to that. I'm not sure why, as "loyal customers" we feel this sense of entitlement. I'm not planning to do $15 or more per camera for life, so I'm only getting one right now.

But, I like to present solutions, so If you feel that this is something that you missed out on, you can always cancel the pre-order and then re-do it with 5 cam plus subs, so you can get the 5 cameras free. You'd be saving a total of maybe $40, assuming you were going to get cam plus for the cameras (@$15 per camera) anyway. If you were not, then you're better off with your 5 cam pre-orders. As long as the cameras have not shipped, even if there's no cancel button, you can write Wyze and they'll be happy to cancel....well, maybe not happy, but they'll cancel it. Full disclosure, I already went through this. I'm a geek and I like Wyze products so I pre-ordered 3 cameras before I found out that they did not have the Edge AI built in and would require the Cam Plus for anything beyond dumb motion detection every 5m, so I decided that I'd wait until Edge AI came to them before I pulled the trigger on ordering them again.
