Yes, you can buy it just for the V3 and not get charged for the others. To do this you would just buy one Cam Plus license and enable it on the V3.
The Cam Plus subscription is based on licensing, so you can freely move it between cameras as you please. You can do this in the Wyze app under Account > Services > Cam Plus.
