Upgraded from a sound bar to this and after I got it all setup, streaming 4k movie from my Xbox plus the 5.1 SS I was blown away at how good this sounds
Way better than a soundboard IMO. Hearing the planes flying from back right to front left was incredible, felt like I was in the movie theater
I did purchase 16 gauge speaker wire separately, and wish I would have gone a tiny bit smaller, 18 gauge maybe
I think it comes with 22 gauge, 2 25 footers and 4 10's
The 16 gauge was a little painful to get in majority of the speaker openings because the wire was almost to big, 14 gauge I would have returned for sur
Highly recommend this system. Steal for 319, but even at the 349 I got it for, I am a VERY satisfied customer
Even pumping out call of booty and hearing all the directions and footsteps was great
Sub is not self powered, but it still pushes out plenty IMO. Going from my samsung sound bar to this was night and day, literally...
If ur considering buying it, just buy it, trust me.
I have a C9 OLED and am getting the new PS5, I'd rather connect everything to the tv and then use eARC to get audio back to this sound system

Nice, had no idea there was even footsteps in call of booty.
Truly a great deal for an all in one. Can always upgrade the fronts lrc speakers later. Had a very similar set 10 years ago, still using the sub today.

I actually had this same decision and just hearing about problems that rise up with wireless speakers, I decided hard wire. Plus you'll always get better sound wired. If you don't mind figuring out how to run your wires for the rear speakers I'd say go onkyo. I don't see that vizio having the same quality sound but for convenience of the set up the vizio has the advantage there. Hope this helped.

No just ARC. But I also believe if you want to fully enjoy eARC, 7.1 is the way to go.

I don't know what call of booty is but I'm sure I'd like it 😂
I'd spend the extra money on this and be happier:

Granted I have DefTech BP7006/BP6, ProCenter 3000 and Pioneer VSX-21 or 23, something sitting in the box waiting for me to have the room to set it up. Mom's boyfriend is getting to use my speakers. I'm a bit picky, but I can show you my old school setup with a 13" Sony tube TV and old Pioneer sound system I had to fix up, VCR and PSX. So don't think I've always just had good equipment.

Klipsch is better. Note, the Costco bundle doesn't have a receiver.
