I checked my account the next day and noticed a few changes. This was added to my T-mobile account: Plan Details > $20 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines) AND $20 2020 3rd Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines). It's my belief that I was able to combine the free line + free iphone xr, but I've to wait a couple of months to confirm it worked. I was just hoping this would help someone for CyberMonday!
I tried to do it initially at Costco, in order to also get their $200 rebate, but for whatever reason they could not get into the add-a-line log-in and I gave up (they had the same problem at the T-Mobile store, but they just did it over the phone instead). The guy at Costco also kept insisting the free add-a-line would not work if I already had more than two lines.
Would I be also to port over my phone number if it is from same tmobile/sprint but different account? Would they allow this. Thanks.
