Thanks.

I never had any experience with 16:10, but will give a try.

I pulled the trigger, because of Lenovo's extended returns period, if I don't like it. I also like the tilt, rotate, etc stand.
Should get extra 12% cashback thru another site, and paid thru AmazonPay... so maybe another 5% from Discover.

No HDCP that I can see kills it for me. Some programming (Comcast/Xfinity remote DVR viewing for one) requires HDCP and will not display without it. Still a nice deal if you don't need the HDCP.

Other sites list it as HDCP compliant. I would be shocked if it wasnt ive never owned anything that takes HDMI that wasnt. There is a newer HDCP but that is for 4K displays.

Sorry for noob comment. Anyone know if I buy 2 of these Lenovos can I use the along with a Dell 4k monitor with the new Mac Mini? I know Mac says the new mini only supports 2 external monitors but there is some youtuber that linked 6 monitors to the new M1 Mac Mini... although it seemed to require some additional adapters or something.

I use 3 monitor for work but I'm tech illiterate.

Advise: Do not deal with Lenovo, do not waste time with their chats!

Their deals are FAKE! Sales ended right when it started, showing OUT OF STOCK the minute sales started. And an hour later the same item show up in-stock for $300 more. Trick and switch all the time!

Don't waste time with their support teams! Yesterday the reps said no worries we will fix the missing order issue. And today another reps said no one is actually doing anything to fix it. Just got trash talked and wasted lots of time by
Malmores Waldemar P. from Lenovo PC Sales Team

He was really rude and when I requested to chat with a manager, he said that there are thousands of Lenovo PC Sales Teams, so there is no way for me to talk to any manager!

Absurd!

Eh.... Low refresh plus standard 4ms/6ms Response isn't ideal. Also, no FreeSync makes for strike 3.
Not even more Minecraft or roblox as a second monitor to crappy laptop screen for 10 year old and younger?

Quote from TheBliz :
How does this compare to a dell U2412m?
Quote from Xebec01 :
I have the same question. I got a 2nd U2412m yesterday to match my existing one. But, at this price, I'm wondering if 2 newer monitors would be better.
Quote from jsmottin :
This is 3-side near bezel-less while the dell has a full bezel all the way around. Dell looks to be around 82% color gamut while this is 72%. If you want a multi-monitor setup, this would give you a more seamless transition, but the Dell offers slightly better color accuracy.
Additional comparisons.
screen size diagonal: T23d 22.5" vs U2412m 24"
power consumption: T23d 15W vs U2412m 38W
Brightness: T23d 250nits vs U2412m 300nits
Slimmer bezel: T23d (three sides)

If you prefer a 24" sized WUXGA monitor, there are newer models released in the past 1-2 years that you can check out. The U2412m was released in 2011, while a fantastic monitor, the noticeable bezeled frame of the U2412m would have me looking at newer near, bezel-less models when considering a multi-monitor setup. There's currently a front-page deal for a $150 Dell P2421 WUXGA 24" monitor that may fit what you're seeking. https://slickdeals.net/f/14634304

When you go to check out, there is a spot under where it says Estimated Total that states "Military/Students/Teacher/Senior/Medical
/Nurse/Responder Discount." Click on here and you can verify through ID.me to get the discount.

FYI... If you have never done the e-Bates Cash Back before, they are currently offering a $10 Welcome rewards for first-time purchases on new accounts. Along with the current 12% Lenovo Cash Back this net me $30.99 in CB rewards, making the cost for 2 units $142.95 after discounts and before taxes/recycle fees. Final cost out the door was $167.38 plus 10,436 MyLenovo Rewards points.
