Just placed the order and showing pickup today which is weird that placed the order Thursday when it went live still not shipped and showing set to arrive Dec. 3

My AirPods Pro have now developed a crackling sound when noise cancellation is on. Bought in July at Costco. Just a heads up to the quality of these earphones. Anyone know what the process is for warranty/exchange?

It's within a year. Take them to an Apple Store or download the Apple Support app and try to get support. If they're faulty, Apple will replace. Apple support is beyond reproach.

After doing some reading, it appears some of these noise is attributed to buildup by the external microphones which makes the NC go crazy. You can try cleaning it first and see if that helps.

I just called apple of under a year. I had same issue for the ones I got last july from Costco and got it replaced 2x.
