This TV has been in my living room for a couple weeks now. Got it when the deal came around earlier in the year. We are very happy with it for the price. But don't kid yourself, its a low end model. For most everyone that is fine. Certainly good enough for me.

It is also huge. If you live in an apartment you'd be a fool to get a TV this big. Other folks have put links up before regarding how far back you need to be for various size tvs and that information is very useful and should be taken seriously. We have an open floor plan and can see this TV from the kitchen across the living room. The quality of the picture is great from 30 feet away and the size is very nice.

This TV works great with the 30 dollar harbor freight wall mount. I've had 65 inch tvs on those mounts for years and this one works just as well.

I'm guessing this TV is too big for first person shooter game play. I feel like my 65 is too big for that.

I'm flattered if there is some poor chinese intelligence officer that gets to listen to my family daily from the "backdoor" in the TV. It's a national security plus for us, they won't invade when they hear the noise my kids can make. I've never felt important enough or maybe weird enough to care about that stuff.

Overall you aren't gonna be mad getting at 75 inch TV for 500 bucks. And if you are then I'm guessing you stay in a constant state of annoyance and should probably see someone about that. Happy Holidays folks.
What streaming devices natively support 4k@120hz? Genuinely interested since that would also be a factor in choosing between 60hz and 120hz, which of course would be more than triple the price.

I personally dont know of a 75 inch 4k@120hz under $2,000 besides the sony 900h when it goes on sale, and even then, its experiencing issues with it.

PS, I agree with you since I love tech as much as the next guy/gal, but $500 bucks for a 75 inch tv with 4k@120 is probably unrealistic anytime soon.
Just wait 5 more years. They'll be free...

Probably the best deal out there for a 75" Android TV.

Almost went for it. If it can't get bright, what's the point of having HDR?

I almost bought this for around same price form Wal-Mart a couple months ago but cancelled. I would do $250 for 65" but $500 Is still expensive for 4 series.

I think you had your chance when the TCL 65" went for sale 2 weeks ago. I think the deal was there for more than a few hours

I have the 65" version of this bought 2 weeks ago and am extremely pleased with Android TV. I think with all the recent updates the interface is extremely responsive and is a very good experience.

It has support for most of the apps and you can even play android games if you are bored lol

Overall definitely think Android TV is coming of age and is a matter of time before it catches up with Roku
