I assume no warranty on this unit.
"Warranty: For functionality, this item comes with a one year warranty from Quick Ship from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you."
This iMac revision was released in August, so unless these units are on some kind of service-blocklist from Apple, they should also have Apple coverage through at least August 2021, depending on when the machine was originally purchased.
I just bought a MacBook Pro from them. As other SD'ers in the thread noted, some of the units were just open box and had AppleCare. When it shipped, I got the serial number. I checked it and sure enough it had AppleCare until 2022.
Awesome deal for that gorgeous 27" 5k screen. Still holding out for a M1 iMac though.
I've heard the reasoning be all over the place what is your reasoning to hold off is it have to do with just the more powerful chip? Some are saying that a lot of the applications won't be optimized for the newer chip yet and there will be a void for a bit..

how does this do in Adobe programs such as Photoshop etc?
is the processor enough to run those programs?
If you don't have anything in mind to buy a iMac right now, better wait for next year of M1x/M2 refresh or even better clearance price.
