I'm on their Grandfathered Unlimited plan, does this qualify?
Also, last time I checked they wanted and extra $10 per line for 5G, is this still true?

Probably not regarding grandfathered. We finally gave ours up this time last year. There wasn't really any advantage to our grandfathered plan as far as I could see.

The only real advantage was we weren't supposed to be throttled under our old plans. They were doing it anyway quite obviously

How were you able to prove they were throttling you?

I can't prove it and should probably rephrase that to "and they seemed to be doing it anyway." It was just a noticeable decrease in speed anytime we had used a lot of data in a given month and we were in a busy area. My wife who uses a lot less data would have much higher speeds on identical phones sitting side by side. It could have just been network congestion.

Basically, by giving in and swapping, our bill went down and there's been no noticeable difference in service.

Have you ever gone over your "Data Limit"?
Because they wont throttle until you do.

Yes, regularly. I think I may just be in an area where by the time they throttle, the network is so congested that it doesn't matter anyway.

This is around since Thanksgiving. My note 9 was worth $550 ( overv 24 months). I am hoping they will actually give me that. Its in excellent condition.

I also got $300 off over 24 months.I purchased note20.

$1000 - $300 - $550 = $150

I believe this requires premium unlimited plans.. play, do or higher.. starter unlimited won't qualify.

Offered $99 for Pixel 3. Do you have to be on the "5G" plan? Or what? I'm on an older unlimited, but not the grandfathered plan.

Yeah, you need to be on the latest 5G UWB plans. I feel your pain! I'm on the fUDP with 8 lines and it just isn't worth it for us to switch.

Same, on the start unlimited plan with 6 lines. Doesn't make sense to increase each line from $30 to $40
