Thanks,
I did miss the other deal and was about to buy online anyway so this saved me $5 for little effort.

What do you guys order from their eshop? Other retailers seem to have much better deals than Nintendo eshop.

Eshop sales are a great place to grab indie titles. For mainline Nintendo games, I'd stick to physical for resale value and can often be found cheaper as you mentioned.

Smash bros is still full price at most big box retailers. Nintendo games are known for holding their value.

Right now Hades is on sale and it's been getting buzz for best indie game or something. It's normally 24.99, but on sale for 19.99 right now. Also Marvel Alliance 3 is on sale for 47.99 but it's normally 59.99. They also had killer queen which is a co-op on sale for 1.99 regular price 19.99

Totally agree with these recommendations. I would add other titles that are not found or hard to find d on cartridge. Some titles that I prefer digital is stuff with high replay value as well.
Overcooked 1&2, UNO, Splatoon 2, Overwatch, Xenoblade Cron 2, and Hades, just to name a few

Possibly some free switch games. I got them from getting previous free games. If they are not free, you can buy the MotoRush GT one for $1.99 and the others will be free. 2 people in the comments of thread confirmed that.

If you have an NSO family plan, do the supervised child accounts need to each be funded with a separate Nintendo eShop Gift Card? Or do charges roll up to the parent/admin accounts like in an Apple Family Sharing thingy?

Not seeing killer queen for $1.99. Is the deal already dead? Or is it only show up with a physical switch?
