Since Best Buy's USA site doesn't have many reviews, I found Best Buy's Canadian site with a video review so you guys can see what it actually looks like in usage: https://blog.bestbuy.ca/appliance...ven-review
Also you can see the Best Buy Canadian reviews here at: https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/prod...042/review
(Oh that's fishy, as I refreshed the page, I noticed Best Buy Canada site removed one review which was a negative one, but that reviewer basically stated that if you're cooking with two racks, it cooks unevenly with the top rack cooking fine and the bottom rack being raw)

Compared to the Instant Pot Vortex which this product looks to be trying to compete with, it appears this Insignia model does not have the colander basket that rotates to allow even cooking (for example fries or chicken nuggets). But it is only $50 compared to the $90 sale price of the Instant Pot variant.

I bought the Gourmia 8qt from Walmart. It works pretty well, but I do miss having a glass window so I can see if the food is done. I have had to open and close the Gourmia a few times. Other than that, the gourmia works fine. This one does have two trays though.

For $50, this is an incredible deal. I couldn't resist and bought this one as well. I may have to return the Gourmia if this works well.

Edit: Just noticed that the Gourmia 8qt is 1700watt, but this one is 1500w, so the Gourmia should cook a bit faster (assuming that extra 200w goes to the heating element).
That's like saying a Dirt Devil is the same as a Dyson. A convection circulates air to cook the food evenly. An air fryer blasts the air to crisp the outside. They both use fan, and they both cook food, but they're quite different in their execution
A convection oven has a slow moving fan that circulates the air in an oven. An air fryer has a high powered fan directly behind a heating element to blast hot air.

These can replace a regular toaster oven too, right?

Makes me regret getting the 8qt Bella Pro Air Fryer from Best Buy a few months ago.

Anyone has this model? I have the Insignia 5.X qt air fryer that suddenly stopped working recently. It worked great when it worked but it just suddenly stopped working! I am not sure if this one will be like that since there's only 1 review.

I'd rather have a traditionally air fryer, better for tossing food like fries and easier to clean.

True! That's my only concern. I love the ease of washing the metal container. When it comes to this oven, looks like you got to do some cleaning extra cleaning on the inside. Eh. I'm lazy.

How is this compared to BLACK+DECKER Crisp 'N Bake Air Fry Toaster Oven, TO3217SS

Or this one?

Hamilton Beach 6-Slice Countertop Toaster Oven with Easy Reach Roll-Top Door, Bake Pan, Silver (31127D)

Thank you!

I have Insignia 4k TV, pressure cooker, and wireless fast charger and all products exceed my expectation. Insignia is definitely a good brand.

I have a traditional air fryer (8qt, takes up a lot of space) and am eyeing this for saving counter space by being able to replace both toaster oven and traditional air fryer.
