Either they're saying taco bell is somehow exotic and spicy and their digestive system can't handle it, in which case they're the most boring people in the world that only eat chicken tendies and bread, or they're saying taco bell is some fly by night hole in the wall diner that has constant food poisoning, but that's not true either. They're as safe and reliable as any other giant chain restaurant. Everyone rushes to repeat this joke and it has never made sense.
