Honestly vip outlet used to be good, but this year I've purchased prob close to 10 things from them, more than half have me such headache. Hit and miss at best.

If it comes with the Ryzen 5 3500 it's a 8gb 3200mhz single stick. Tho it can also show up with a Ryzen 5 3600 cpu which is better, but comes with a single 8gb 2666mhz stick.

Daughter bought this 2 weeks ago for $600 new from Walmart. If you plan to put games on it you will want another hdd. I loaded a 2TB 3.5" hdd I had laying around without issues. It only has one 3.5 bay that I could see

They do, and I've bought tons of stuff from them over the years. Recently, two Rokus in a row had no remote and one also had no power cord, just the Roku and HDMI cable. I don't care about the remotes since I use the All-in-one streamer remotes, but their quality is slipping pretty badly. They did offer me a decent partial refund for the first one, but I'll see if they offer the same again.

got mine from them last week. The good news is that it was a pretty good performer and in brand new condition. The bad news is the ethernet port was completely dead. The bios wouldn't recognize that it had one. The sort of good news is HP still honors the warranty on it and will fix for free. Not sure if I am going to get it fixed or just return it.

Bought 2 refurbished tablet from them, 1 is almost brand new, 1 has minor scratches. Both was described correctly. 1 thing though, their website suck donkey butt so I ended up finding the same tablet on their ebay store and bought it from there. Wanted to give them all the money instead of ebay but their rep suck and told me to buy in ebay website.
