Or - Anyone can comment on quality?
I still wouldn't buy this because if TSA being a farking pain and takes a look at 30,000 mah capacity, this goes straight to garbage bin. Get the 26,800, you'll never have a problem with some random TSA jack ass.
The other reason is simply efficiency loss during charging which is what I think you're primary talking about. Like it or not, ALL battery packs are measured at the total current delivery capacity of the batteries, not the final result. The primary reason for this is probably because it's easy and it lets you advertise the largest number. However, a very good reason this is important is because different devices have different efficiencies. Some devices might only be able to "extract" 50% of the energy of a battery pack while others charging at different voltages with different cables might be able to "extract" 75% of the energy. It's kind of like gas stations charging you gasoline per gallon instead of miles. They have no idea what kind of car you're putting the gasoline in. So it makes more sense to just charge you by the gallon instead of by mile.

$23.39 after coupon... (= $35.99 less $12.60 coupon)
Frankly, I'm okay with a digital capacity display on a slightly smaller capacity battery, for the same price as the OP
There's also a 30000 mAh version with the display for a buck more, but the coupon is only 25%, making it noticeably more expensive at $27.74. Same page that I've linked above, just select the higher capacity version if that floats your boat.
I got the 30K mAh version with the digital display for the price of the 26.8K battery... with the coupon. So now I've got the larger 111WH version that I was hoping to avoid. Lol.
Not that I'm flying anytime soon, and considering that I got the same capacity as the OP version PLUS the digital display instead of the rudimentary 4-dot fuel gauge for the same price as the original deal I seem to have come out ahead on all counts. But still, I wanted the smaller 100WH version. Oh well, whatcha gonna do?
If so, maybe that is why literally everyone here missed it.
We didn't get a chance to snooze!
Based on the accusatory feedback, I am starting to regret having shared that alternate deal altogether. Perhaps you should just add me to your ignore list so you wont be bothered by my attempts to help you and others find bargains.
I'm looking at it right now. ROMOSS has a 20% coupon live (at 5:33pm ET on 12 Jan) on the 30K mAh digital display version linked to by the poster you are responding to.
Its not a 35% coupon, like the lower capacity digital display version had several days ago, and it's not the 25% coupon that this version itself used to have.... but nonetheless there IS indeed a coupon there right now, in case it disappears or if you or others want to imply that one was never there.
Edited to add: Attaching a screen shot... please note the time. I would hate to be accused, explicitly or implicitly, of deceiving you.

If I find it, I will add you to it and unfriend you at the same time.
That'll teach you.

I would never do that to anyone, we are all here to help each other not ignore anything.
The lower capacity 26,800 mAh ROMOSS Power Bank - the one with the 0%-100% digital display and that is below the TSA's 100 Wh capacity limit - it's on sale for $9 off via an ongoing Lightning Deal. No coupon, just a $9 across the board discount until 8pm ET today (Sunday 1/16)
$26.99

The 30,000 mAh / 111 Wh battery with the display is showing a 20% coupon, which would knock the $36.99 price down to $29.59. But we all know what happens when I post info about ROMOSS power banks that have a coupon on the product page, right? Lol.
Happy hunting.
