I got this in November. It's OK but not great. The lumbar pad is annoying
Agreed. I have this too and I don't like the mesh bottom. Cushiony bottoms are much better and comfortable.

I'm a big guy, 6'1" and heavy (over 275#) and love this chair. I'm in this chair 10+ hours a day and have no major complaints. In fact, I'm tempted to purchase a 2nd chair for me wife.

Minor negatives for me:
1.) Head rest is about 1" too short for me to really use comfortably. Again, I'm 6'1"
2.)I can't get the tilt tension tight enough to really make a difference. (Maybe I'm too heavy) However, with the tilt lock enabled, you still get enough tilt/rock to be very comfortable.

The adjustable lumbar support is a plus for me, I know some other find it annoying,
I'm hoping it holds up long term, but if I only get couple years of use out of it, I won't be upset. The price is great.

Do you have to install the headrest or can you leave that off?
You can leave the headrest off.

Ordered it to try it thanks to the good return policy. Got another chair on its way from Amazon but figured I'd try this out since I can pick it up today. This is the chair if anyone is interested

Could you let us know how that one is when you get it? I like the wheels and looks like it has great reviews!

Yes this and the t18 pro are the two chairs I found that seem to be great for ergonomic chairs in this price range. I want to give this one a try. I won't have that one till Sunday but If I don't decide to keep this staples chairs ill let you know how that one turns out! Smilie

Yea. Don't buy that chair. Judging from post history, possibly shill post.

Check out the 1 star rating on that chair.

I'm not going to lie, I didn't realize the lumbar was adjustable until I read your comment. Having literally just adjusted my chair, it feels alot better.

Seen more negative reviews in this thread than that chair has total. Every chair in this price range is gonna have some bad reviews.

But not a "shill" or whatever. I just verified email to post for once to thank OP and let people know about some other chairs I've found since I've been researching for days on end and I know people are in the same boat as me
