I wouldn't put too much into the warranty at all. I think Advanced Auto is the only one to carry TEQ and they can drop it at anytime and say sorry, not something we carry anymore ( I think this is the 3rd change in 10 years, I think it was Autocraft or maybe AMPro, Gearwrench and now TEQ ). I can't even find a TEQ Correct webpage, so once AAP stops carrying them, no warranty.

When did they have these for $11.99? I am a Costco member and never saw it.

If you work on your own car then it is well worth it to skip these and get a set with adjustable box ends. Those are a lifesaver when getting into certain spots where these won't have the right angle.

Lowe's Kobalt 20-piece ratcheting wrench set is a much better deal for a few dollars more - same lifetime warranty. On clearance for $37

I had not heard of adjustable box ends until now, but I just bought one. I can see how this will decrease the pile of tools I always end up with in the tray of my mechanic's seat!

Like this. I should have said flex head. They're definitely more expensive but they're so worth it.

What, in anything that was discussed, made you think I was going to post a deal? I was talking about the type of wrench and why it's worth the money to wait on one of those.

Or be like me and have both. Big Grin

Of course, when I need them, I won't be able to find them. I think they're in a box in the basement.

Anyone know when advance auto parts or Napa will have a sale on Gearwrench like a few years back? Looking forward to some Flexhead Ratchets. Thank you!

Flex heads are way more versitile.

Note that these tools are correct only for professional applications.

You'll find that amateur uses require different tools.

So know what you're use case is before you buy these.
